Raising Rally is a crowdfunding platform that allows users to create fundraising campaigns and accept donations from supporters. Our service includes campaign creation, payment processing, and donor management tools.

User Accounts

Account Creation

To use certain features of our platform, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Campaign Creation and Management

Campaign Requirements

When creating a campaign, you must:

• Provide accurate and truthful information about your cause
• Use funds only for the stated purpose
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Not engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices

Prohibited Campaigns

The following types of campaigns are prohibited:

• Illegal activities or violations of law
• Hate speech, discrimination, or harassment
• Violence or harm to individuals or groups
• Fraudulent or deceptive fundraising
• Personal enrichment without legitimate cause
• Political campaigns (unless for charitable purposes)

Donations and Payments

Donation Processing

All donations are processed through secure payment processors. We:

• Charge a platform fee of 2.9% + $0.30 per donation
• Process payments securely and protect donor information
• Provide donation receipts for tax purposes
• Handle refunds in accordance with our refund policy

Fund Distribution

Funds are typically distributed within 2-5 business days after campaign completion or withdrawal request. Campaign organizers are responsible for using funds as stated in their campaign description.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with platform functionality
• Use automated tools to access our platform
• Spread malware or harmful code

Intellectual Property

Platform Content

The Raising Rally platform, including its design, text, graphics, and software, is owned by Raising Rally, Inc. and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to our platform. By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with our services.

Disclaimers and Limitations

Service Availability
